Some types for avoiding Procastination:
1.Realize that you are procrastinating!
"You are a procrastinator, and you will destroy all your dreams if you do not learn to control yourself!" Stuck this paper on a wall right in front of where you sit. It is what you see when ever you look up so. You’re constantly aware of it. Convince yourself that you are acting foolish and stop!
2. Try to understand why exactly you are procrastinating.
You must understand why youre procrastinating, as example you're procrastinating something because of laziness, have no right mood. Rationalize those reasons and over come them.
3. Set a schedule for all your work tasks, Set an alarm.
After you make your schedule work your plan as your schedule dont stop until you have finished your tasks one by one.Remember plan your work and work your plan:]
