Yeaaaah... just now I came back from Semarang. I am sooo happy with that, I can meet with new friends, and they are sooooooooooo kind and of course friendly:)
Tomorrow will be the day that I really wait, I hope God blessing me, and I can get this change and of course I will tell the world that INDONESIA have some unique cultures.Proud to be Indonesian!!

Well, first of all.. i wanna say thanked to God. Cause He can give me such a big chance to follow a kind of xxxxxxxx (sensor) program. I don't wanna  lose such a big chance like this. Of course You know, I will always pray to You. Wish you hear my pray. And my dream will bw come true. Honestly, I really feel nervous for waiting that annoucement. But, yaaah.. whatever I feel it wont change the reality. I must wait it! Yeaaah..  I know if I cannot get that chance, mean God want to see me and wont to let me stop my hard work.Just keeping fight and always thanked what just God give to me^^ I do believe what God had give to me, it just best for me. God give what i need.. I really wanna get it!!!! Oh.. How to Avoid Procastination

Some types for avoiding Procastination:

1.Realize that you are procrastinating!

"You are a procrastinator, and you will destroy all your dreams if you do not learn to control yourself!" Stuck this paper on a wall right in front of where you sit. It is what you see when ever you look up so. You’re constantly aware of it. Convince yourself that you are acting foolish and stop!

2. Try to understand why exactly you are procrastinating.

You must understand why youre procrastinating, as example you're procrastinating something because of laziness, have no right mood. Rationalize those reasons and over come them.

3. Set a schedule for all your work tasks, Set an alarm.

After you make your schedule   work your plan as your schedule dont stop until you have finished your tasks one by one.Remember plan your work and work your plan:]

1.Fear of imperfection

Accept that perfection is rarely attainable and seldom necessary.But you must remember This is imperfect world, filled with imperfectpeople.Why we are trying so hard to make everything tobe that perfect?

2.Waiting for the right mood at the right time.

That is wrong you need to start your work now, no matter in what mood you are, the more involved you get into your work, the less you are going to think in other problems.

3.Doing it in the last minute.

Most students and even employees let their homeworks or work for the last minute . What happens is that you end up doing very little work at the last minute or very poor job.

4.Complicated-task anxiety.

Break big, complicated tasks into smaller pieces. Complete a starter task, no matter how small.

5. Laziness.

Remind yourself of the consequences of procrastination. Try to complete several small tasks to provide a feeling of accomplishment.

6.Lack of focus.

Minimize distractions. Check e-mail,voicemail,FB,or even twitter only twice per day instead of every 5 minutes. Find a quiet room where you can concentrate.

The relaxed type of procrastinators view their responsibilities negatively and avoid them by directingenergy into other tasks.

2.The tense-afraid type

The tense-afraid type of procrastinators usually feel overwhelmed with pressure, unrealistic about time,uncertain about goals, and many other negative feelings.

Procrastination can happen to anyone at any age from students to executives but you need to learn to overcome it or you will have a lot of frustration, low performance and even lack of self esteem,feeling depressed, guilty and lot of wasted time,missing deadline, get punishment.
